This is a 19 x 15 inch oil on panel titled "Lagoon Palms" depicting the sun drenched clouds behind tall palms that flank either side. It is the view that welcomes you upon reaching Shipyard Island in Mosquito Lagoon. I have camped there with my son in our canoe which was loaded down with supplies. My wife and I have painted there arriving both by sailboat and by motorboat. It is always memorable and we always see and hear dolphin as they make their way in and around the islands.
